Welcome!

The Greatest Pleasure

Concept and design

Cleanse and restore!
Remove the bad, restore the good!

First and foremost I wish to express thanks and appreciation for your visit to this website which was conceived, designed and created with you in mind. That is if you are in search of credible information relating to discomfort due to physical pain, or you are uncomfortable due to financial pain; and while I am neither a doctor or a banker you can be assured that my experiences with both types of pain have been many which, on a few occasions have been severe, but I was fortunate enough to be in what I consider the right place at the right time back in March 2019, at which time I was introduced to a gentleman who provided a pathway into what has become my solution to pain of both kinds.

It is because of my association with some of the greatest, most principled and down-to-earth individuals I met in my entire life – and I’ve been on this Earth of over six decades, so just uttering such a statement is very profound; but it is a true and honest conveyance of that meeting and relationship which is still very strong and will be cherished by me for years to come, if not as long as I live, because of what it has helped me to accomplish in both areas.

The experience

I had been experiencing sharp pangs of pain as well as burning and some numbness (symptoms I believe to be neuropathic in nature) in my left thigh for over two years which made it difficult to walk or stand at times and caused me many sleepless nights; but since I began using a cream known as “Relieve” the discomfort has been greatly reduced. Now I walk without difficulty and I have no trouble standing or sleeping nights. As a result of such an excellent and satisfactory remedy I decided to use a portion of my retirement income to invest in the company that makes the Relieve cream available to me and learned even more.

Part of that education was what I learned about the company’s compensation plan and what I needed to do in order to recover my investment as well as earning an income that would equal or surpass my retirement income. The pace at which my investment would be recouped was staggering: Share my good fortune with three people (friends, relatives, associates, co-workers, etc.) and if they join in the same week – Monday to Sunday – the company will pay the equivalent of triple my investment whereas payment is a combination of Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB), Team Commission (TC) and Rank Advancement Bonus (RAB). I really could not believe it, but learned that it was absolutely true and real when the company announced payments to individuals who had earned such payments. It is simply awesome!

In conclusion

The last thing I will say at this time is further proof of how serious, real and honest this company’s leadership is; and it has to do with the distribution of compensation. On Saturday, December 14th 2019, the company released its weekly report showing that 72 individuals received varying amounts of bonuses, commissions and other income types. Yes, the company pays real money every week to those who earned it. There is no waiting except for the RAB which is paid twice monthly. During my professional career – Real Estate Agency owner and Sr. Vice President of a Mortgage Lending company – I seldom came into contact with individuals, companies or problem solvers such as those folks at the company to which I refer. It is truly the company that puts you first!

My experience can be summed up in this profound statement by ancient Greek philosopher, Epicurus: “…the best activities are those that produce the greatest pleasures and the greatest pleasures are those that relieve the most pain and anxiety, those pleasures that are most conducive to peace of mind or [tranquility].” You’re invited to take a look for yourself. Good luck!

The Guarantee

Credible ROI

Certainty. Confidence. Truth. Honesty. Good. Reputable. You may agree with me that investors look for certain qualities about a company, venture or other opportunity before they write a check or make a bank transfer to associate themselves – long-term or short-term – with the particular entity. They want some certainty, and they want to feel confident that they investment they are about to make is being made with honest folk who are going to tell them the truth in good times and bad. They want to invest their money with good people and a reputable company so that they are comfortable in knowing that they have best chance on getting maximum ROI (return on investment) from the money they spent.

If that company is Navan, not only will they get maximum return to heir investment, but they will be comfortable in knowing that the package they will receive from Navan, which is essentially what is being purchased, contains some of the most beneficial and health-enhancing products available and also exceeds the equivalent value of amounts of money invested to become a Navan member and distributor by at least twenty percent.

At this point, I am compelled to stop writing and share with you something I could not write myself even if I tried for a hundred years. It is a heartfelt, emotional, profoundly honest and unvarnished story I copied from my friend’s (and colleague) facebook page and I just have to share it here to convey what so many others feel about Navan that cannot always be put into words. Kindly accept [Trusted friend]’s truth as follows.

A rebirth

March 24th (8:57 PM) Facebook post by my friend, Kent About a fellow Navan member and distributorship owner. I did not request, nor have I received permission to copy and paste this content onto my site, but the benefit of sharing it far outweighs whatever displeasure my friend may feel towards me. Here’s the post in its entirety, untouched by me except to conceal the person’s name:

[Trusted friend], his two daughters, and stepson live in Marysville, PA. Just over a year ago, [Trusted friend]’s wife lost her battle with breast cancer. During her battle, [Trusted friend] said he poured everything he had in taking care of her. He told us, “Until the day she took her last breath I never gave up hope.”

After she passed, [Trusted friend] told us he needed find himself again, he needed find his purpose. He had lost more than his wife after she passed. He lost his health. He could no longer work at his job because of severe PTSD and anxiety. He lost himself. His whole life was centered around his wife and he needed to find his new path. A path where he could raise his daughters and his stepson. A path where he could get his health back, lose some of the weight he put on, and start the next chapter of his life.

Nothing happens by coincidence. [Trusted friend] was introduced NAVAN by a friend several months ago. He saw the potential to better his physical health and financial health, and a way help his daughter with her health and anxiety issues, so he dove right in. [Trusted friend] helped some of his friends get started with NAVAN, also! He’s quickly moved up in ranks, won several company incentives and says he’s starting to gain purpose in his life again.

[Trusted friend] is excited for the hope NAVAN has brought back in his life. He told us working from home with NAVAN, on his terms, without a boss, means he can be there for his daughter while she finds her new norm without her mother. It also means there is no limit to the amount of income he can make. [Trusted friend] has many plans for his financial wealth, one of which is to help support cancer research so that no one ever has to go through what he did by losing his wife.

Seeing is believing!

Words which, when used to describe one’s feelings about a person, place or thing, convey a degree of trust in, of or about the particular entity are not often seen in today’s business environment – especially those that are digitally-based; but I can – here and now – use such words when referring to Navan Global after many weeks of research about the company, as well as seeing first hand, a compensation plan that I know will return the full amount of a new distributor’s initial investment in the first seven to thirty-days when that new distributor follows the recommended steps set forth in the plan. Yes, within 30 days! I’d say that’s a credible ROI made possible by a never-before-seen incredible compensation plan from a most reputable company.

You may have noticed in my profile that I have been involved in a number of businesses throughout my professional life, and those businesses ranged from real estate associate to owner/broker of an agency during which time I was required to adhere to a strict code of ethics; so I have practiced such ethics for a period of not less than 32 years – the duration of a combined real estate and mortgage lending career. Having practiced such a discipline for an extended period of time, I’ve also learned to recognize when it is being practiced by others; I’ve learned to recognize truth, honesty, goodness, credibility and trust. I recognize those attributes in Navan’s leadership and that is why I can guarantee you that the company stands behind its products and the promise to pay you every dollar you earn every week you earn it.

So come join us on this rewarding journey! Simply click this link, scroll down to the “Get Started” button, select the “Business Builder” pack (recommended) and proceed to obtain your own Navan Distributorship. There is a full support community available to help you grow your business each and every day. I hope to extend a warm welcome to you very soon.

T. F. G. Continued

What we learned

As stated in the original Factual Good post, a lot of time and effort went into my research prior to making a decision to fully embrace the new company, and my promise to be truthful and honest with you about the results of that research can now be fulfilled. I will proceed in the best and most straightforward language I am able to use, as well as provide you with references to support some of the scientific assertions and non-scientific conclusions included in the research. So I appeal to your sense of empathy, tolerance and patience as I try to convey information in the following paragraphs.

Among my early findings about products offered by this new company was the fact that six of those nine products contained cannabidiol or CBD, and although the president and CEO of the new company had stated on more than one occasion that, “we’re not a CBD company, we promote CBD products…” it was still necessary for me to get a thorough understanding of what I was being asked to promote and how it may affect the folks I was promoting it to, especially since many of the people who might possibly join me in this venture were friends, family and trusted associates.

What I learned about CBD in the ensuing weeks was extensive, but I was more concerned about the legality of this hemp extract than I was with its benefits in view of the fact that there was information available which created some confusion regarding both legality and benefits. According to the article, 2020 CBD Laws by State the ‘bill, which was signed into law in December 2018, defines hemp as “the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”’ Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol is THC which is the compound found in cannabis and is known for providing a “high” for individuals who consume it.

The benefit

While CBD is a product of hemp which is derived from cannabis – like THC – it “provides various health effects, from anxiety and pain relief to better skin and heart health.” So it occurred to me that any supplement, derived from a natural resource and provides such health benefits as pain relief, and generally enhances an individual’s lifestyle by removing and helping to alleviate such bothersome ailments as, “arthritis pain,” “chronic pain,” “chronic nerve pain,” “inflammation,” “muscle spasms” “and other MS symptoms” that often restricts a person’s lifestyle, there must be more good than bad associate with that supplement and it should therefore be an acceptable product that is made available for all who need it. That is this writer’s opinion.

The following is an excerpt published to the website, U.S. Food & Drug Administration (The FDA):

The legality

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration today approved Epidiolex (cannabidiol) [CBD] oral solution for the treatment of seizures associated with two rare and severe forms of epilepsy, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome and Dravet syndrome, in patients two years of age and older. This is the first FDA-approved drug that contains a purified drug substance derived from marijuana. It is also the first FDA approval of a drug for the treatment of patients with Dravet syndrome.

CBD is a chemical component of the Cannabis sativa plant, more commonly known as marijuana. However, CBD does not cause intoxication or euphoria (the “high”) that comes from tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
It is THC (and not CBD) that is the primary psychoactive component of marijuana.

“This approval serves as a reminder that advancing sound development programs that properly evaluate active ingredients contained in marijuana can lead to important medical therapies. And, the FDA is committed to this kind of careful scientific research and drug development,” said FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb, M.D.

While the above FDA statement seems to directly link CBD to marijuana, thereby creating confusion between the two compounds, and then in a later paragraph attempts to separate the two by stating the difference between CBD and THC, the confusion could have been avoided by explaining that both are derivatives of the cannabis plant, which is the source of “more than 100 biologically active chemical compounds,” and hemp is one while marijuana is another. A better way to fully understand the difference between these two derivatives of the cannabis plant can be found in the article titled, Hemp vs Marijuana: Is There a Difference? written by Nicole Gleichmann as recently as September 2, 2019. Here’s the excerpt:

Clarity

Chemical Composition: Hemp Won’t Get You High

In the United States, marijuana is defined as any Cannabis sativa plant that has greater than 0.3 percent THC. THC, short for tetrahydrocannabinol, is the primary psychoactive compound in cannabis. The more THC you consume, the more changes you will notice in your cognition and how you feel. In essence, THC gets you “high.”

Hemp plants are defined as any cannabis plant that has 0.3 percent or less THC. Even a plant with 0.4 percent THC would be classified as a marijuana plant, in spite of the fact that 0.4 percent isn’t going to have a noticeable psychoactive effect.

Further observations from the author cites the law that actually legalizes our brand of good hemp:

It wasn’t until the passing of the Farm Bill of 2014 that changes began to happen for hemp plants. This bill defined hemp plants as those with 0.3 percent or less THC and allowed for limited industrial hemp growth and research. However, it wasn’t until the passing of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill, that hemp agriculture and products became legal in all 50 states. This increased legality is largely to thank for the rapid acceleration in diversity and availability of hemp-derived CBD oil.

Decision time

Having sought credible information regarding the legality and benefits of CBD and obtaining that information from what I consider reliable sources, it was time to revisit the products I purchased to get another look at what benefit(s) can be derived from them based on what the company asserts. During this period I came across a document titled, Certificate of Analysis: Crystalline Cannabidiol, and information in that document ranged from Product Name to scientific descriptions of the CBD used in these products; and while I cannot divulge any trade secrets as may be published in this document I can say that the “Botanical Source” of our CBD is “industrial hemp, grown and processed in Kentucky, USA in compliance with Section 7606 of the Farm Bill and applicable Kentucky State Law and State Department of Agriculture regulations.”

After all the research I had done and all the information I’d gotten from the company; verbally, digitally and otherwise, it was this certificate of analysis and all its contents that answered my questions in the most satisfactory manner. I had seen what the law stated; I had seen literature from the scientific community; I had seen arguments on both sides of the cannabis controversy; I had seen stats, figures and projections of CBD markets; and after having seen all that the most convincing piece of information was the content of one Certificate of Analysis setting forth everything I needed to know about the products I had previously purchased.

The decision was made and, although it wasn’t easy in the initial stages, it became easier as I learned more; and you will learn from my other posts, why my decision to join this company and use the products has been reinforced. Salvation, the post about my personal pain and the satisfaction I found in one specific product, provides more detailed information about my why. Permit me to address you, the reader, directly.

I have no way of knowing whether or not you are open to helping you friends and family in the United States and Canada make some extra money and enhance or improve their health/lifestyle at the same time, but if you are I ask you to join me on this journey of helping others to help themselves. If you are interested simply click the link, learn about who we are and then scroll down to the “Get Started” button or leave remarks to that effect in the comment box so we can talk more. Thanks for reading and good luck on your own journey!

Salvation

A golden path

Live pain-free!
 Soothing relief!

If I said that my reason for creating this website and writing the articles contained in it is for one purpose only and that is to help you, it might sound a little (or a lot?) phony for the simple reason that most people in today’s world would not take their time, money and energy just to help someone else without looking for something in return. But if you believe – as I do – that salvation, in and of itself, is enough of a reason to help others in the same way that you would want to be helped with something of value which you did not have access to, then my reasoning probably won’t sound too phony to you; but would signify that holding such a belief would mean that you are not in the category of “most people.”

The online dictionary defines salvation in three ways:

  1. It is a noun meaning, preservation or deliverance from harm, ruin, or loss; or
  2. A source or means of being saved from harm, ruin, or loss; or
  3. Theologically, deliverance from sin and its consequences, believed by Christians to be brought about by faith in Christ.

In the book titled, Salvation: Black People and Love, written by Bell Hooks, Salvation is described as “…work that helps us heal — and shows us how to create beloved American communities…”

When stars align

In view of the above one could surmise that salvation is something which should be afforded to us all at those times during our lives that it is most needed; but unfortunately many of us are unaware of where to seek such deliverance from harm as it relates to our health, or ruin/loss as it relates to our financial well-being; and although in a place such as our free enterprise American society physical health and financial well-being are inextricably linked it is certainly true that one is often valued more than the other in a way that is often detrimental to the neglected one.

That having been said I am confident in saying that enhanced physical health and financial well-being can be attained simultaneously as long as all the elements and components are in place at a particular time and location affording accessibility to every individual who yearns for the opportunity to find his/her salvation through association with such an entity. To that end I would like to share with you a story about how I found my salvation through my association with one uniquely suited entity that rises to those lofty ideals.

About Us

Tony Phillips is an independent distributor for the NAVAN Global line of dietary supplements which includes Daily Detox, a natural detoxifier made with micronized zeolite that cleanses toxins, heavy metals, and other impurities from the body. Daily Detox is water soluble which enables it to penetrate the cell membrane and get transported to all parts of the human body via the bloodstream for a complete detoxification.

Tony’s Why!

During the period from about January 15th to April 15th (peak tax season) Tony is a Professional Tax Preparer with the Liberty Tax Service Garden City office, so while tax return preparation is his vocation, distributing Navan’s line of dietary supplements is his passion. Why? Because Navan’s Good Relieve Anti-Inflammatory Cream is the ONLY product that has eased the discomfort of burning, numbness and nerve pain (neuropathy-like symptoms) he felt prior to embracing the company and such wonderful relief he gets from this soothing cream.

Not only does Tony use the products every day, his wife uses Navan’s Good Renew Moisturizing Lotion as well as Navan’s Good Bath Bombs Tranquility Pack, and they both enjoy Navan’s great-tasting Good Premium CBD Gummies.

Please note that the THC has been removed from ALL Navan’s CBD products!

I was fortunate to come across this BDS Analytics White Paper, The Global Cannabinoids Market: Will CBD Overtake THC, during my research and I think you may find it as compelling a report as I did. You can download the free white paper here!

This Brian Tracy quote is one that Tony has repeated in his profile language on a number of Web-based affiliations:

Self-discipline is its own reward. Not only does it pay off in terms of greater self-esteem and a more positive mental attitude, but it pays off throughout your life in terms of the goals that you achieve and the success that you attain in everything you do.

Self-discipline is a skill and a habit that can be learned by practice. Every time you practice a little self-discipline, you become stronger and stronger. Bit by bit, you become more capable of even greater disciplines.

As you become a totally self-disciplined individual, your entire future opens up in front of you like a broad highway. Everything becomes possible for you and your future becomes unlimited.

You may ask, why? Why does Tony continue to feature this particular quote? Because It is his North Star, his “beacon of inspiration” to be the most self-disciplined individual he can be for all the reasons mentioned in the quote.

How We Got Started

Tony was introduced to Cellis Founder & CEO, Kory Johnson, in early March of 2019 by Kent Elmore, founder of Team United, a group within the Navan network and friend of Mr. Johnson, an individual for whom he has the highest respect. As a result of that introduction Tony was invited to the first business overview meeting held by the newly established company and proceeded to purchase a Promoter’s Kit, thereby joining the company which officially launched on March 15th, 2019 and recently underwent a transformation which resulted in a merger with NAVAN Global, the brand under which Tony now conducts business as an Independent Distributor.

Cleanse and restore!
Remove the bad, restore the good!
In conclusion

It is without hesitation, doubt or fear of being perceived as pushy, overbearing or trying to sell something that I share this information with you, because I believe with all my heart that being in the place which I am at this time is nothing short of divinely influenced in the most direct way. So yes, in Navan’s line of dietary supplements – especially my most cherished favorite, Good Relieve Anti-Inflammatory Cream – and my distributor activities, as well as the most down-to-earth leadership and great compensation plan, I have found my salvation. It is my hope that you have found this post helpful. Good luck!

The Factual Good

Finding the good

Cleanse and restore!
Remove the bad, restore the good!

Owners, founders, officers and stockholders of companies often extol the virtues of their respective businesses while highlighting the positive features and benefits of those businesses. These attributes are often presented with the best intentions and, for the most part, have been found to be true in a majority of times, but too frequently are merely words spoken by less reputable sorts who are incapable of supporting their rhetoric with proof or facts.

That having been said, I want to discuss a few facts relating to the things considered good for our health and well-being; but I don’t suggest you to take my word for what is being asserted here. Instead, it would be more satisfying and enlightening for both of us if you do your own fact-checking after which you will be empowered to agree with what I present as facts or disprove them based on your own factual grounds.

Getting involved

A company with which I am associated encourages us to “Make Way for the Good,” and that statement has been scrutinized by many of the people I work with as well as my family members who, along with a few friends prior to me joining the company, did our own checking before taking any steps to become members. The concern most of us voiced in relation to that question is, “what good?”

In other words, what is the “good” being referred to in that statement? In attempting to further analyze the statement and find an answer to this question, the first thing we all had to acknowledge and agree to is the fact that “good” is not “bad,” and then proceeded to talk about what the “good” in that statement was referring to.

Make way for the good!
Embracing a bright future!

The second step took us all to the company’s website to determine what was being promoted and we learned that it was health-related, so we surmised that the “good” being referred to in that statement was most likely indicative of a health-related product or a number of such products. Understanding that there were – and still are – literally millions of health-related products available for sale (some by prescription and some not) we had to figure out what made these products good enough to be placed in the category of the many other health-related products which were considered good by health and medical experts; but we also understood that this effort was going to be very exhaustive, time consuming and difficult; so we had to narrow down the list of health-related products we would be researching.

FDA and the “why”

The narrowing down process helped us to identify the particular category of health-related products this company specialized in and found that dietary supplements was the best description that could be attached to them. Keep in mind that we hadn’t yet joined the company in any serious way or capacity because we hadn’t yet completed our self-motivated research process to determine exactly what “good” meant.

One important thing we did learn was that dietary supplements were not then, and still are not, determined effective (or ineffective) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) before they are marketed, so this presented another challenging question we had to deal with before completing what we had come to label “our company qualification process.” So we were now stuck at, “why?” Why does the FDA not make such determinations about dietary supplements?

While we hadn’t yet gotten an answer to that question, we were able to ascertain other relevant facts about these products so we will provide that information here and get back to the “why” later in the article. Here’s what we learned while attempting to determine the “good” of dietary supplements. According to the National Institutes of Health – Office of Dietary Supplements:

Live pain-free!
 The pain-free solution!
The governing law

The majority of adults in the United States take one or more dietary supplements either every day or occasionally. Today’s dietary supplements include vitamins, minerals, herbals and botanicals, amino acids, enzymes, and many other products. Dietary supplements come in a variety of forms: traditional tablets, capsules, and powders, as well as drinks and energy bars. Popular supplements include vitamins D and E; minerals like calcium and iron; herbs such as echinacea and garlic; and specialty products like glucosamine, probiotics, and fish oils.

We considered this information invaluable in our research to determine the viability, credibility and reputation of the company we’d been invited to form an association with. But we were far from the end of our search since we hadn’t even found an answer to our “why” question relating to the non-determinative posture of the FDA as it relates to dietary supplements. So we continued until learning the reason dietary supplements are not required to be subjected to FDA determination. It was provided in a statement directly from FDA’s website.

The statement reads, “…Whatever their form may be, DSHEA places dietary supplements in a special category under the general umbrella of “foods,” not drugs, and requires that every supplement be labeled a dietary supplement.” DSHEA is an acronym for Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) of 1994…”, and it is the law which governs and regulates dietary supplements.

The conclusive answer

So we had our answer to the “why” and could then proceed with the prequalification process, the next step of which required us to study and analyze the type of dietary supplements offered, the ingredients of each, and the benefits which can be derived from each. So we proceeded to do just that by purchasing a package that contained all the company’s products – except one – which we obtained information about via a separate transaction – and began a study of what the products consisted of and how those ingredients contributed to them being beneficial. To be continued…

The continuation is now available in the post titled, T. F. G. Continued.

Please read Salvation, the post which follows this one for some insight into the effect one product had on this writer. Thanks!
